Director (Psychology)

Geof is a Cognitive Psychotherapist and Coaching Psychologist. He graduated in psychology from Oxford University in 1979. He has extensive experience in commerce and management within both large and small organisations.

He practices as a psychotherapist in Primary and Secondary Care and in private practice. He specialises in the treatment of anxiety disorders, stress, and depression, and personality disorders. As a coach he is particularly oriented towards Life Coaching.

His approach is to use CBT, REBT and Schema Therapy techniques together with Mindfulness within an empathic and supportive therapeutic relationship, which also forms part of the therapy through modeling and relational experience.

Qualifications and professional memberships:

MA Oxon (Psychol) Diploma in Cognitive Psychotherapy (Goldsmiths College, London University), Graduate Certificate in Counselling (University of Liverpool). Certificate in Coaching  Certificate in Stress Management. Certificate in Hypnotherapy.

MBACP Accred (Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy),  graduate member of the British Psychological Society, and AMAC (Associate Member of the Association for Coaching.)

Partner (Coaching & Training)

Jayne is a Professional Coach both on formalised organisational coaching programmes and with independent individuals. She has recently coached a selection of managers through organisational and personal change for a significant telecommunications orhganisation as part of their leadership development programme .

 She coaches executives and directors from a wide range of industries and has particular expertise working with subject matter experts from technical and engineering backgrounds. People development and performance issues, programme and time management issues, primary and secondary client interfacing, personal career progression are a few of her specialist areas. She also has excellent results with coaching team members in newly forming, stale or deforming teams using a mixture of psychometric feedback, individual coaching and team facilitation.

We have a number of associated professionals and referral partners in the area to whom we are able to refer clients for specialist advice, assessment or intervention. This includes trainers, clinical psychologists, psychiatrists and specialist coaches and therapists We are always ready to refer clients with their agreement if we believe that they can obtain a better and more appropriate service elsewhere.
